When she started taking a weight loss medication in November 2021, a woman named Macarena Khoury experienced significant results. With the help of regular exercise, Khoury was able to lose a total of 80 pounds in 10 months. Unfortunately, she had to stop taking the medication due to a change in insurance coverage, causing her to regain 40 pounds.
